Sugarcraft Classes
I am a fully qualified tutor with 32 years professional Experience, specialising in all aspects of Sugarcraft. DBS checked and fully insured. Based in pleasant surroundings at Tower business centre Hirwaun industrial estate offering excellent amenities, ample parking and a wonderful coffee house next door. Each student has their own workstation in a fully equipped classroom, supplies are also available to purchase in class.
My classes are here for enjoying good company and learning new skills. I am a passionate tutor helping, supporting and encouraging students of all abilities to succeeding to the best of their abilities. I never grade or judge students I’m just thrilled to see them thrive.

These are the original Ferraris Bakery Gateaux
The first gateau produced was the sherry gateau. Now there are many flavours to choose from including Strawberry, Black forest, Mandarin, Butterscotch and walnut, Chocolate, Raspberry and Lemon.
